"The ink of the machine is custom-made in the USA. It is a proprietary recipe which makes this ink very suitable for the printing process of our machine. Our low VOC and eco-safe ink plays a large role in making our prints look so good. It is also a tough ink that can print outside.

Our printer uses a unique and proprietary type of ink that’s both eco-friendly and incredibly tough. It resists scratching and fading due to sun exposure over time. Because the highly pigmented ink also cures almost immediately,"

Our print inks have an amazing 3D effect and can print gold, silver and jade carvings. No special ink is needed to print these effects.

We use the Epson print nozzle from Japan.

We can print on pretty much all common materials. A painted wall is most common of course. Feel free to let us know what you are considering and we will tell you right away. Here are some examples of what else we commonly print on: Glass, tile, metal, other non-porous materials like RFP, stucco, various brick walls, diatom mud wall, shell powder, paper, wood, etc... We have printed on vertical and horizontal blinds as well!

We offer the world leading Ultrasonic sensor that adjusts to surface imperfections. The printhead adjusts up to 4.3 inches (11cm) in real time to compensate for wall irregularities. No need for very flat walls, our wall printer is able to print high quality pictures on uneven surfaces.

It takes only 10-30 minutes to set the vertical printer up.

It is the machine that moves on the track, the track is stationary. With a flat floor, you do not have to use the track.

We can print any file. Here are some common examples: JPG, BMP, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, SVG, EPS, etc.

Indoor life expectancy can easily be 15 years without fading. Outdoor holds up for 5 years without fading. A form of clear coat is recommended on top of the print which we apply. These inks have been tested by spraying the print with common products such as: bleach spray (similar to Clorox cleaner with bleach), Isopropyl Alcohol, antibacterial wipes (similar to Lysol) and even industrial cleaners meant to clean surfaces and disinfect. In the test, one would literally spray the print with the products above, wipe it down, and then run their hand across it. Just like cleaning a pane of glass. The print stands up with smearing, running, or fading. They ran their hand over the print and no color appeared on their hand.

On its own, our machine can print up to 12 feet. If your design requires taller than 12 feet, no worries! We set up scaffolding and continue printing. This technique is called "stitching".

There is no limit. Our vertical printer drives from left to right and can continue driving the entire length of your wall. It's a lot of fun to see in action!

Non-human damage (machine defects) will be replaced during the one-year warranty period. Extended warranty agreements are available after year one

Here is an example of a common residential job we do. The homeowner has an image that they wanted painted in the living room. The image is 5 FT wide x 4 FT tall and that ended up being $22 per square foot. Final invoice: $440. There was very minor touchup that the image needed. It was a great quality photo to begin with. Most jobs are in the $20 - $30 a square foot range. Feel free to email us a photo if you have one you want printed. We would be happy to let you know how big you can go with it at no charge.

A very color intensive, intricate print job that is 5' tall by 9' wide takes 5.5 - 6 hours. A smaller job, say 2' x 3' would be less than an hour. These are approximations to give you an idea

Our wall printers have power-off protection and do not require additional UPS power. That being said, a plug in battery backup will not hurt and will add an extra layer of safety.

We have a program to automatically clean the print head.

Every 6 months is recommended. Of course, depending on use, this could be shorter or longer

8-10 years. Keep in mind, The Wall Printer is capital equipment and can be depreciated. Consult your accountant for financial benefits.

The machine is very safe and does not require the purchase of additional accessories. You will receive the printer with spare parts, prative material and PLENTY of ink. Next Gen carries spare parts locally. Furthermore, please rest assured that all supplies, inks, replacement parts are available for same or next day shipment if contacted before 3 PM Monday through Friday.
